A two-part box consisting of a base and a lid, double-walled on two sides. Additional reinforcement through glued base plate insert. Three times the thickness of the closed wall, smooth interior thanks to the folding structure, very strong. The side walls on the base are pulled out to make it easier to remove the hat. The main case is made of 2 x EB 5.0mm (white side visible). With a removable textile strap (loop) and an integrated vertical tube made of protective board to secure the hat in the middle of the box. The retractable textile loop is attached to the base plate with a plug connection and can be removed if necessary.
