Conservator sponge - Hydrophilic

The closed cell structure of our conservator sponge is hydrophilic and can be used for such conservation applications   for procedures: wet repairs to remove residual water, as the repaired fabrics do not stick to the sponge. Small accidents – quickly absorb large amounts of water. Painting and art conservators use the sponge with solvents to clean and remove varnish. Paper repair – to separate sheets, remove excess water without tearing the fibers. Can be used   together with cleaning powder
