Pre-lim surface cleaner

"Pre lim" is widely used in the professional restoration of weapons, armor, sculptures, brass, copper display vessels, ceramics and other conservation methods.  

The formulation is based on an emulsion of Neuburg silica chalks and water/thinner. In normal use, the product is not harmful to health. The cleaning/polishing effect of Pre lim is achieved very carefully, using gentle pressure, with a soft cloth. After drying for a few minutes, the chalk deposits are easily wiped off with a clean cloth, the surface becomes clean and soft like silk. We recommend doing a stock test to make sure Pre lim is right for your specific project.  

To ensure that surfaces to be cleaned, especially metals, remain clean and bright, coat them with Renaissance wax for a long-lasting and visually enhanced finish
